BCOnnected Blacksmith 101

This event is for members of the Meet Up group BCOnnected only. Signing up for this event will allow you to take a Blacksmith 101 class with others from the BCOnnected group! Dont forget to use the coupon code that Timmy provided the group so that you can get 10% off the event price. 

This class is great for beginners hoping to learn blacksmith techniques such as squaring, tapering, scrolling, twisting and much more. In this 4 hour class, you will choose a project from our menu and learn the techniques needed to make your own unique blacksmith piece. Projects types include (but are not limited to): wands, hooks, garden ornament, camping tools, candle holders, and SO MUCH MORE! 

Attending this class will qualify you to use Open Studio Hours in the blacksmith area ONLY. Please see our Open Studio page for more information.

No pre-requisites required!

All PPE and safety equipment provided. Dress code strictly enforced for your safety and the safety of others (see FAQ page for more details). 

This class is available for all differently abled persons. We have wheelchair access throughout the shop. Please contact Ashe if you have any needs you are concerned about. Ages 14+ welcome.
