About The Event
This event is for trans persons & their partners/allies, to come together as a community to create and BE VISIBLE. We want you to shine beautifully & brightly!
During this unique event, participants will be provided with a light wiring kit, an Edison bulb, chain, and a base. They will then learn to tack weld together the chain into any shape they want. This will be attached to a base that they will finish (burn, stain, or raw).
This event should be fun and easy for beginner welders and anyone who has ever wanted to try welding. This style of welding leans more towards our sculptural welding class. Participants will be using the MIG welders to create the tack welds. All equipment and supplies are provided.
PRICE: $130/ person; Sliding scale prices available. We understand that sometimes the funds aren't there, so please pay what you can!
